The house is situated in a secluded area with a beautiful sea view in the village of Vi\u0161kovi\u0107i. The project task was a house for tourism with four bedrooms with bathrooms, a living area, and accompanying amenities. The basic concept, considering the isolated location on relatively sloping terrain, was to create a panoramic structure focused on the beautiful view. The house is accessed from a lower elevation via an access road, dominated by a strong black compact volume on the first floor where the four bedrooms are located. The ground floor, serving as the “base” of the house, contains living spaces that open completely towards the pool and sea view, offering perfect spaces for guest relaxation.
